Billing data — payment information processed securely through our payment provider
Usage data — pages visited, features used, and error logs to improve the service

Provide and improve the Visra service
Process your video generation requests
Send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts)
Respond to support enquiries
Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Uploaded Content

Photos you upload are stored securely and used solely to generate your requested videos. We do not use your property photos to train our AI models without your explicit consent. You may delete your uploaded content at any time from your account dashboard.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

Infrastructure providers — cloud hosting and storage (e.g. Supabase, Vercel)
Payment processors — to handle billing securely
Analytics tools — aggregated, anonymised usage data only

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
