Visra provides an AI-powered platform that converts static real estate listing photographs into cinematic video tours. The service is intended for licensed real estate agents and brokerages.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Visra. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current information and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload content you do not have the right to use
Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt our platform
Resell or redistribute generated videos without our written consent

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant Visra a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it for the purpose of generating your videos. We retain all rights to the Visra platform, models, and technology.

6. Payments & Refunds

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Visra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
